Leave Planner

Create a leave and attendance planner for a small company, managed by the office manager.

• Employees with department, start date and yearly allowance of vacation days.
• Record vacation, sick leave, personal days, remote work and training, as full or half days, by clicking or dragging over the days on a calendar.
• A yearly view with one row per employee and one column per day, and a monthly view per department, with each type of absence in its own color.
• Weekends and public holidays are not counted; holidays can be added per year.
• Balance per employee: allowance, taken, planned and remaining days, with days carried over from the previous year.
• Warn when too many people of the same department are off on the same day (configurable).
• Save as PDF the yearly calendar of an employee and the monthly calendar of the company, and export the data to Excel.
